Brief bIO
Dwight is a dynamic creative proficient in translating client requirements into compelling visual concepts with a strong background in front office operations and a proven track record of exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments. He is known for strong interpersonal skills and commitment to exceed client expectations. Due to his tenure in hotel front office management, Dwight takes pride in guest/client relations, problem solving, emergency response, and team collaboration. With time spent as a photographer, event producer, and live sound technician he understands how critical planning and execution impacts perceived brand experience.
Dwight has spent almost two decades as a freelance graphic designer, working with a wide range of clients on various projects. From branding and marketing collateral to photo editing and multimedia presentations. This enabled him to hone his design abilities, diversify his skill set, and develop strong project management and communication skills. Specializing in brand identity with a strong foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, he is adept at creating visually compelling designs and campaigns that effectively communicate clients' messages.
A self taught photographer, Dwight expanded naturally into event, portrait and lifestyle photography thanks to his prior experience with photo retouching and manipulation. In 2017, he co-managed a photo studio in his hometown Jamaica, Queens 10 minutes away from JFK International Airport, providing quality, accessible creative services to a underserved, budding community of entrepreneurs and small business owners. 
Born in Queens, NY and raised in both Brooklyn and Queens, He's the uncle and mentor to Grammy winning music producer Pi'erre Bourne for Interscope Records. Pi'erre Bourne has worked with mainstream acts Drake, Kanye West, 21 Savage, Juiceworld, Playboi Carti, and Lil Uzi Vert just to name a few. Dwight is also photography mentor to college undergrad and rising digital media specialist and community advocate Linda Derry.
